How do I ensure I am brewing the perfect cup of tea?
Each of our tea canisters includes specific steeping instructions. Generally, we recommend using fresh, filtered water and adhering to the suggested temperature and time for each variety—shorter for green teas and longer for herbal infusions.
What is your shipping policy for delicate tea sets?
We take extreme care in packaging our fragile items. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via insured carriers to ensure your teaware arrives safely at your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Tea House on Los Rios ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to tea lovers worldwide in the near future.
Can I return tea products if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea for safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your teas organic or fair trade?
We source our leaves from reputable estates globally. Many of our selections are certified organic or sustainably grown. Check the individual product descriptions for specific sourcing and certification details.
