At The Tea House on Los Rios, we take pride in the quality of our artisan teas and treats. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging; please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on loose-leaf tea that has been opened.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping costs.
